"Highly recommend Joy & Ed's! Came from an afternoon at Matthiessen to eat here. We had a fantastic dinner! We had the deep-fried pickles for an appetizer! They were delicious! For dinner, we had beef tacos, bacon cheeseburger with tater tots and pizza. Everything was so good! Huge portions! Friendly staff! Great food! We will be back!"

"Quiet Sunday morning breakfast. 5 of us outside before the town got crazy. Staff really friendly. Biscuits and gravy were very good. Did I mention staff was great? Food took a while to come out but I’m not sure they were ready for the turnout they had. One of only a couple of places in Utica that serves breakfast. It was so relaxing we didn’t mind the wait at all. Highly recommend!"
